16^th Oct - Grade 8 students visited ICAR-Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Konehalli on 16^th Oct 2025. It was an educational exposure visit. Research scientists demonstrated various agricultural technologies, including weather forecasting through DAMU, farm ponds, composite fish culture, multi-cut fodder, vermicompost preperation, and indigenous livestock units.

Students also learned about soil and water nutrient testing, millet processing, coconut and areca nut value addition, polyhouse and nursery management, tissue culture, and honey production. The scientists encouraged the students to spread awareness about the centre's activities and the entrepreneurship opportunities available through its technologies

11^st Oct – Under the STEM club, the 10^th Graders were taken to the Halkurke Solar Plant as a site visit on 11^th Oct 2025. Sri T L Manohar, Assistant Executive Engineer , BESCOM conducted a preliminary awareness workshop in the school on the working of the Solar Power Plant. In the site they were educated about the mechanics of the Solar Power Plant by Sri T L Manohar, AEE, BESCOM and Mr. Nehru, Site Engineer, MEGA Engineering works and Staff.

18^th Oct – The festival of lights - Deepavali was celebrated with great enthusiasm and devotion. The celebration not only fostered cultural awareness and unity, but also provided a wonderful platform for students to display their creativity and talents.

The school honoured our alumnus , Suchit P Prasad who secured 226^th All India Rank in NEET and a free mdeical seat in the assembly on the same day.

25^th & 26^th Oct – A workshop for teachers was held by (Atal Tinkering Lab) Kalpatharu Central School in collaboration with THINKPRO ACADEMY with whom pilot project has been accepted for the current academic year. During this engaging two-day session, teachers participated in hands-on experience that deepend their understanding of innovative teaching methods.

The workshop focused on building robotic models, incorporating coding techniques that empowered educators to integrate technology into their classrooms effectively. Participants collaborated, explored, and gained valuable insights into modern educational practices, enhancing theit skills and enthusiam for teaching

30^th Oct – Kalpataru Central School, Tiptur hosted the Philately Quiz Competition organized by the Department of India Post, Tumakuru Division, under the Deen Dayal Sparsh Yojana 2025-2026 on 30^th Oct 2025. The quiz was conducted from 2:30PM to 3:30PM with the participation of over 100 students from classes 6^th to 9^th. The quiz aimed to promote awareness and interest in philately among students. The programme was conducted smoothly with the cooperation and support of the school administration. The Date Sheet for class 10 Board Examination - 2026 was announced and the preparation for the exams have enentually begun
